Ship's Log:
Currently at anchor in Boat Bay at the top of Johnstone Strait by Alert Bay. Headed north on Monday morning from Fanny Bay (just north of Sonora Island). Had an amazing sail beating up Johnstone Strait making about 25 tacks in a 15 - 18 knot NW wind. Saturday night the Grace was anchored up Teakerne Arm, and there was shore time taking in a waterfall shower and swim at Cassel Lake. The weather has been good with just a sprinkle of rain one day. The Grace will head north today, with the intent of going north of Port Hardy and, weather dependent, possibly entering some of the mainland fjords for exploration.
