New Lights in the Seamanship Section

Finally got around to adding a few more light configurations to the lights area under seamanship. This in preperation for the 2nd classroom session I´m conducting on COLREGS for the CCGA...

Tomorrow is COLREGS 2 for the Crews of CCGA-12, and seeing as the lights document here on Bosunsmate.org is a reference for both my unit and the Pacific Rengion - I though I had better fill out the one section that was missing - vessels Restricted in their Ability To Maneuver. Not that it´s all inclusive (yet) but at least it now has reference to most of the key light configurations for basic seamanship.
