Select the user categories of people that should be able to view this item. The navigation item visibility functions much the same way as visibility control in other modules by restricting dispolay of the item to only those users in the groups selected.

With the careful use of this, you can create a navigation system that supplies only those links to members as approperiate - and in some cases takes different people to different places via two different links that have the same text but different visibility settings.
