Best practises suggest that this should be concise and clearly indicate where the navigation will take them if they click on it. Also try to be consistant with respect to capatalization - choose to have the first letter capital or not and then stick to it.

Avoid the use of all caps as that is difficult to read.

note Some web sites have the navigation sytle set to change the case of the text - in which case you may not be able to conrol the case simply by changing it here.
