Heading placement controls where the heading appears when both an image and textual content are contained in the section.

With Text - the heading stays with the text. Thus: if the text wraps around the image the heading will as well, or if the image is top and center the heading will appear below the image with the text.

First - the heading appears first, before the image, in all cases.
