An image bank is a collection of images uploaded ad-hoc into the web site following a specific image class.

Images within a bank can be further grouped if necessary and can be selected for use in any content managed area on the web site, employed using bbText codes, or hard coded into areas of the web site template.

The specific use of the images in any particular bank are specific to the individual web site.
